Your First Visit: What to Expect
Please Bring With You:
- A list of any prescription medication that you are currently taking.
- A copy of any relevant X-rays or MRI reports.
- Glasses if they are needed in order for you to read and fill out our forms, so that treatment can go ahead
Your first appointment will include a comprehensive consultation with one of our experienced chiropractors. We take the time to listen to your story, understand your lifestyle, and discuss any health concerns you might have. This conversation is crucial in helping us tailor a treatment plan that aligns with your individual needs.
Following the consultation, we will conduct a detailed health assessment, including a physical examination and any necessary diagnostic tests. This assessment helps us identify the root cause of any issues and craft an agreed care strategy.
We do not ask anyone to get changed, but we do suggest comfortable clothing for your appointment and that you remove outdoor shoes and leave them in a cubicle outside the treatment room. We do this for hygiene purposes. You can keep your socks on in the treatment room or bring your own indoor slippers.
Based on the results of your assessment, we will develop a personalised treatment plan that outlines the steps, expectations and goals of your care. We explain each step and what you can expect during your treatment, ensuring that you are fully informed and comfortable with our approach.

Out of respect for our practitioners, and other patients, we do utilise a cancellation policy. We reserve the right to charge a fee for missed appointments or late cancellations.
