Beverley and Driffield Chiropractic
Clinics - Your First Visit

We understand that for some people, your first visit to us may be a step into new territory and some people may even be a little nervous.  Please be assured that you will find a warm welcome and a friendly, professional team waiting to help you.

We ask that you arrive at your designated appointment time to read and complete a few pages of paperwork. This also allows you time to relax and let our friendly reception staff familiarise you with the clinic and answer any initial questions that you may have.

We do not ask anyone to get changed, but we do suggest comfortable clothing for your appointment and that you remove outdoor shoes and leave them in a cubicle outside the treatment room. We do this for hygiene purposes. You can keep your socks on in the treatment room or bring your own indoor slippers.

First time visiting us

What to expect during your consultation

Our Chiropractors will listen to your story and take a full case history. Some questions may not seem important, but they will help your chiropractor to establish an overall picture of your health and determine whether chiropractic care is appropriate for you.

Your chiropractor will make their own assessment based on the case history, examination and or special tests.

They will thoroughly explain their findings to you before you give your consent to commence with treatment.

If chiropractic is not the best option for you, we will help you to choose the best way forward.

Our clinics are fully GDPR - compliant. GDPR is a regulation that requires businesses to protect the personal data and privacy of patients.

Please bring with you

  • A list of any prescription medication that you are currently taking.
  • A copy of any relevant X-rays or MRI reports.
  • Glasses if they are needed in order for you to read and fill out our forms, so that treatment can go ahead
